H.E. Ayub Abdirizak Ahmed hosted the Horn of Africa Youth Sports Forum, bringing together delegates from Djibouti, Ethiopia, Somalia, Kenya, and Eritrea. The forum focused on regional cooperation, sharing best practices, and promoting joint sports programs for youth development.

In his keynote speech, H.E. Ayub emphasized that sports can serve as a catalyst for peace, cultural exchange, and unity across the Horn of Africa. Participants discussed strategies for talent scouting, coaching education, and regional competitions to strengthen youth engagement in sports.

The forum also highlighted digital innovations in sports management and encouraged the establishment of an annual regional youth games event.
